Suzi qualified as a Chiropractor from the world renowned Anglo-European College of Chiropractic, Bournemouth in 2001, before taking up her position at our previous home in The Stubbington Sports Injury Clinic the following year. Having competed to a reasonable standard in a number of sports herself, it was of no surprise that her career would take her into the world of sports injuries. However, her hands on approach to injury management and rehabilitation are equally useful to injuries sustained in daily life and therefore are used to treat a whole host of non-sports related conditions as well here in the clinic. Suzi has enhanced her skills through continual education within the field of musculoskeletal injuries, enabling her to assist patients, young and old, to be as active as they wish and to achieve their own personal goals.
When she’s not in clinic working, Suzi is working in the field of sports – literally! She can be found most weekends running around the rugby pitches of the UK and sometimes beyond, providing immediate medical care to injured players from amateur to professional. She carries the RFU ICIS level 3 qualification – the highest in the country for this type of specialist work, and also helps to train new graduates in this subject area. She has worked on the pitches of Twickenham on numerous occasions as well as forming part of the medical team at the European Touch Rugby Championships. Suzi has also held the position of lead medic for Hampshire Rugby and Trojans Rugby club for over 10 years, having previously worked at a number of other prominent Hampshire Clubs.
Suzi is an Internationally certified sports Chitopractor therefore is licenced to work with any sport, amateur and professional anywhere in the world.
